The Herdade Grande Tinto Dama do Monte 2021 is a sophisticated Alentejo regional wine, crafted with grape varieties such as Alicante Bouschet, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Touriga Nacional, and Touriga Franca. After fermentation in stainless steel lagares, the wine aged for 12 months in French and American oak barrels, followed by bottle aging. With a garnet color, it offers seductive aromas of cocoa, menthol, dried figs, and tobacco. On the palate, it stands out for its soft tannins and long, elegant finish.
