HM Borges' dry Madeira wine, made from the Verdelho grape variety, with a classic profile and great balance between acidity, sweetness and aromatic complexity.

🛠️ Winemaking: Destemmed and pressed grapes with controlled fermentation and temperature, following the traditional open vat method. Fermentation is stopped by the addition of neutral wine alcohol, preserving the dry profile characteristic of Madeira wine.
⏳ Aging: Prolonged aging in French and American oak barrels, using the traditional stonemasonry process, until it reaches a high level of complexity.
🌿 Vineyards: Vineyards located mainly on the island of Madeira, in volcanic and basaltic soils with a clayey texture, acidic and rich in organic matter, benefiting from a mild subtropical climate, with hot summers, temperate winters and close proximity to the sea.

- Aroma: A complex, exuberant, and ethereal aroma characteristic of this variety.
