Description
Bairradina identity sparkling wine, created from berry grapes from old vineyards implanted in poor, stony and limestone soils. The long contact with the grounds gives depth, precision and great gastronomic aptitude.

🛠️ Vinification: Traditional method, with second bottle fermentation.
⏳ Stage: Long stage on lees before degorgement.

- Alcohol content: about 12% vol.
👃 Organoleptic test:
- Color: citrus, with fine and persistent bubble.
- Aroma: floral and red fruit, with notes of dried orange blossom, cherry, raspberry, toast and brioche.
- Mouth: elegant, mineral, fresh and structured, with a long and persistent finish.
⏳ Evolution potential: Good capacity for evolution in bottle.
🍽️ Service: Serve between 6 °C and 10 °C. Excellent with Bairrada piglet, fatty fish and intense flavor starters.
