Tasting:
Intense and vibrant color. Intense, yet very elegant aroma, predominantly with notes of black fruit, such as cherry and blueberry, and the aroma of black pepper and some tobacco.
Robust and complex structure to define the strong personality of this wine. With the terroir enhancing the optimal maturation of the grape variety, we find in this wine firm, but high-quality tannins, which, combined with good acidity, give it a high aging potential. Persistent, it leaves us with aromas reminiscent of eucalyptus leaves and a slight aroma of green bell pepper at the end.
Harmonization:
A good accompaniment to red meat and game, cod dishes, cheeses and cured meats.

Red wine
