Conceito Branco Magnum 2020 is a rare jewel from the Douro, produced from a field blend of around 10 traditional grape varieties , originating from very old, pre-phylloxera vineyards located in Freixo de Numão , on a granite plateau at an altitude of 600 metres.
This wine expresses the true identity of the Douro terroir, with a fresh, mineral and complex profile. Fermented in used French oak barrels with bâtonnage, it evolves in elegance and structure, becoming an exceptional white with great aging capacity.
Main grape varieties: Rabigato, Códega do Larinho, Gouveio, Donzelinho Branco, Folgazão, Arinto, among others.
Tasting notes:
- Aroma: Intensely mineral, with citrus notes, fresh herbs and light toasted wood.
- Palate: Elegant and vibrant, with firm acidity, creamy texture and a long, persistent finish.
- Aging: 10 months in used barrels with bâtonnage.
- Alcohol Content: 13% vol.
- Total Acidity: 7.1 g/l
- pH: 3.04
