🛠️ Winemaking: After manual harvesting, the grapes are fully destemmed and gently crushed. Vinification in Algerian amphorae, with prolonged maceration and regular pump-overs. Partial aging of the batch in French oak barrels for a period of 6 months, followed by an equal amount of time in the bottle.
