Casa das Hortas wine is crafted with a focus on freshness, balance, and expression of the region.
🍇 Region: Sparkling Rosé Wine
👨🔬 Winemaker: Lídia Silva
🌱 Grapes: Authorized and recommended for the Vinho Verde region.
🛠️ Winemaking: Destemming followed by crushing, light cold maceration for 6 hours, low-pressure pressing. Static cold settling for 48 hours followed by alcoholic fermentation at 14ºC for approximately 12 days. Aging on fine lees for 1 month with batonnage. Upon bottling, the wine is filtered and stabilized.

Alcohol content by volume: 10.5% vol. Total acidity: 5.5 g/L pH: 3.45 Reducing sugars: 12 g/L Overpressure: 2.2 bar at 20ºC
👃 Organoleptic Test:
Salmon to pink in color, with a pronounced crystalline appearance and slight effervescence. Fresh aroma, essentially of red fruits, mineral and light spice. On the palate it is balanced with lively freshness, medium structure and persistence. Drink well chilled (8-10ºC).
