Description

Vineyards
Grapes from a cenntenial vineyard from Fernando Pó in Palmela, Setúbal region.

(Our only wine that the grapes are not from Serra de São Mamede).

Vinification
Manual harvest on September 4th.

Foot troddened, natural fermentation in small vat without temperature control.

5 days maceration and aged for 20 months in old oak barrels of 225 liters each.
