Description
Dos Seixos is the fusion between the terroir of Monção and the character of our founder, who as a child played among the Pebbles where the vines grow today.
The grapes that give rise to it are harvested in the best vineyards of Monção, the harvest takes place only in the morning and the grapes are carefully picked by hand into baskets that support a maximum of 12 kg. This care with the grapes ensures that they arrive at the cellar in the best possible condition to produce a great wine.
The Dos Seixo wine is 100% Alvarinho, fermented in French oak barrels. Periodic batonage was performed over a period of 2 months.
