This wine was born from the desire to produce an Avesso with prolonged extraction and unfiltered. Therefore, it is vinified in stainless steel to, through prolonged aging on the fine lees, obtain an elegant and structured wine with a serious profile.

🛠️ Winemaking

The grapes arrive at the winery in 24kg boxes. They undergo manual selection followed by destemming, skin maceration, and gentle pneumatic pressing. The must ferments in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures. Stabilization occurs without filtration. No animal products are used in the process, making this wine suitable for vegan consumers. Special care was taken during vinification, minimizing any intervention, with the aim of producing a wine that truly expresses the characteristics of the grapes and the terroir.

👃 Organoleptic Test

Aromatic expression dominated by stone fruit, citrus, and a light tropical note. On the palate, it shows well-present yet delicate fruit, good acidity, a silky character, and good volume in the mouth, resulting in an elegant, enveloping whole with a long finish. It will age well in the bottle.

🍽️ Service

Serve at 10–12ºC. Ideal to accompany oily fish, poultry and gourmet dishes.
