Description
A valley protected by mountains with low maritime influence. Vineyards at high altitude with hot, dry summers and cold winters. During ripening, the temperature range is high, with hot days and cold nights. Ripening is slow in these high-altitude vineyards, where elegance and acidity are preserved. Granitic, sandy, and with low clay content. Poor soil with high acidity, which influences the profile of the wines accordingly. Intense yellow color. Elegant aroma with vanilla notes due to partial aging in oak barrels. The taste is round and structured, mainly due to partial vinification in cement egg-shaped barrels.
