Description
The Soalheiro Nature Pur Terroir Alvarinho 2023 is a groundbreaking wine, being the first Alvarinho from Soalheiro produced without added sulfites. It reflects the pure terroir of Monção and Melgaço, where the grapes are organically grown. With a golden-yellow color, this Alvarinho showcases aromas of citrus and minerality. On the palate, it reveals vibrant acidity and a smooth, voluminous texture thanks to complete malolactic fermentation.
It can be served in two ways: decanted to separate fine lees, or gently shaken for a more voluminous mouthfeel.
Tasting Notes: Citrus fruit aromas, mineral notes, with a long, persistent finish.
Pairing: Perfect with fatty fish, lamb, duck, roast chicken, and creamy mushroom risottos. Pairs wonderfully with cured cheeses.
