Description
Produced in Quinta do Reguengo, a place chosen many centuries ago by the royal family to send family members and settle there! The bird that inspires our brand is present in the manor's coats of arms and we want our wines to be as intriguing, sophisticated, fascinating and original as he is.
Vinification
The grapes are transported to the cellar immediately after harvesting in small boxes. They are then gently pressed before entering the fermentation process in barrels with a capacity of 400 liters. After remaining in barrels for 1 year, it is bottled, followed by aging in the bottle.
