Quinta de la Rosa, in the heart of Cima Corgo, produces Port wines from its own high-quality grapes, combining the traditional Douro method with a house style marked by freshness, definition and a drier finish.

🌱 Grape varieties: Viosinho, Gouveio, Rabigato and Malvasia Fina

🛠️ Winemaking: Produced according to the traditional Port wine method, with gentle treading in granite lagares before fermentation is interrupted by grape brandy.

⏳ Aging: Aging in very old oak vats and barrels, with an average age of about 2 to 3 years.

🌿 Vineyards: Grapes from Quinta de la Rosa vineyards, classified as high quality in the Douro region.

🧪 Analysis:
Alcohol content: 19.5% vol.

👃 Organoleptic Test:
- Color: Golden amber with honey highlights.
- Aroma: Very floral, with subtle notes of ripe white fruit, pineapple, citrus fruits, and dried fruits.
- Palate: Engaging and fresh, with well-defined fruit, hints of almond and vanilla, and a dry, elegant, and persistent finish.
