Quinta de la Rosa, in the heart of Cima Corgo, produces Port wines from its own high-quality grapes, combining the traditional Douro method with a house style marked by freshness, definition and a drier finish.

🌱 Grapes: Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Barroca and Tinta Roriz

🛠️ Winemaking: Ruby produced according to the traditional style of Quinta de la Rosa, with part of the grapes being foot-trodden in granite lagares and subsequent fortification at the ideal time.

⏳ Aging: A batch of wines kept in large barrels to preserve their youthful, vibrant, and fruity character, for an average of about 3 to 4 years.

🌿 Vineyards: Made exclusively with high-quality grapes from Quinta de la Rosa.

🧪 Analysis:
Alcohol content: 19.5% vol.

👃 Organoleptic Test:
- Color: Deep and brilliant ruby.
Aroma: Ripe red fruit, cherry, wild berries and a light spicy note.
- Palate: Full-bodied, fruity and intense, with good depth, polished tannins and a long, slightly dry finish, very typical of this winery.

⏳ Potential for Evolution: Ready to drink, maintaining sufficient structure for good aging in the bottle in the short term.

🍽️ Serving suggestion: Serve at cool cellar temperature. Excellent with chocolate desserts, cheeses, or simply on its own.
