Description
The vineyard benefits from a terroir characterized by granitic soils, abundant groundwater, Mediterranean climate, at an altitude of 240 meters and 72 kilometers from the Atlantic.
In 2005, against the trend of the sector, the strategic decision was taken to convert the entire vineyard and wine to the Organic Production Mode, having been the first vineyard in Alentejo to certify organic Alentejo wines in the CVRA.
Vinification
Manual harvest, spontaneous fermentation only with autocnes yeasts, without corrections, in stainless steel truncated conical vats, with immediate transfer to 300 liter French oak barrels with 2, 3 and 4 years of use, after alcoholic fermentation. Malolactic fermentation in barrels.
Stages
12 months in barrels and 12 months in bottle.

Tasting:
It has a dark garnet color, based on the main characteristics of the grape varieties that give rise to it. Complex aroma of plum, red fruits, spices, mint, eucalyptus, chocolate and bergamot, discreet notes of the wood from the barrels where it aged, in a structured set, with great complexity and a long and elegant persistence character.
