Description
Alentejo white with a gastronomic character, produced in Vidigueira with traditional castes and an approach of minimal intervention.
🍇 Region: Alentejo, Vidigueira.
🌱 Castes: Traditional varieties, mostly wardrobe, Antão Vaz and Gouveio.
👨🔬 Enologist: Hamilton Reis.
⏳ Stage: 8 months in the fermentation barrels, in total lees, with a slight monthly agitation.
🧪 Analysis:
- Alcohol content: 12.5%
👃 Organoleptic test:
- Lemon yellow color with green reflections.
- Good complexity citrus aroma, with pitted fruit and white pulp.
- Mouth present, fresh, textured, harmonious and wide.
🍽️ Service: Serve between 12 and 14 °C.
