Invincible #1 White is a white from the Douro of the Invincible, Fresh, Dry and Mineral Wines Company.
🍇 Region: Douro Doc
👨🔬 Enologist: Marc Kent and Rita Marques
🌱 Castes: Rabigato, Arinto, Codega and Moscatel
🛠️ Vinification: Fermentation in stainless steel, with a small component in used barrels.
⏳ Stage: 7 months in used French oak barrels, according to commercial sources.
🌿 Vineyards: vineyards over 30 years old.
🧪 Analysis:
- Alcohol content: 12.5% vol.
👃 Organoleptic test:
- TASTING NOTES: Citrus, floral and mineral notes, with a long and dry finish.
🍽️ Service: Serve at 8–10 °C.
