Tasting Notes:
Bright citrus color, with fresh and intense aromas characteristic of the Alvarinho grape. On the palate, it is fresh, complex, and engaging, with a long and pleasant finish.

Winemaking:
The grapes undergo gentle pressing, followed by careful decantation. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 14°C, preserving the pure aromas of the grape. Aging on fine lees until March adds texture and depth.

Pairing Suggestions:
Perfect to pair with seafood, grilled fish, and fresh salads. Also excellent with light cheeses and Asian cuisine. Serve between 8°C and 10°C to enjoy its full freshness and intensity.
