Casa Santa Vitória produces Alentejo wines focusing on expressing the region, combining meticulous vineyard and winemaking practices with a contemporary gastronomic profile.

🛠️ Winemaking: Hand-harvested, direct pressing, and fermentation in stainless steel at around 12ºC.
