White Doc Tagus of limited production, with an elegant profile, textured and gastronomic vocation.
🍇 Region: Doc of the Tagus.
🌿 Vineyards: Mediterranean climate, sandy-sandy soil and came with about 20 years.
🛠️ Vinification: Grapes kept cold about 24 hours before pressing; Separate fermentation in barrel.
⏳ Stage: 8 months in used barrel.
