The Maison Billecart-Salmon, founded in Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, expresses in this cuvée the elegance and precision that mark its family style.

🍇 Region: Champagne, France.

🌱 Castes: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Meunier.

🛠️ Vinification: Mostly in vats, at low temperature, with a high proportion of reserve wines.

⏳ Stage: Long maturation over lees in the basement.

👃 Organoleptic test:
- Color: pale gold, thin and persistent bubble.
- Aroma: fresh fruit, apple, pear and citrus fruits, with toasted notes.
- Mouth: subtle, delicate, harmonious and with good vineyards.
