🛠️ Winemaking: Destemming; gentle pressing of whole grapes; natural settling/clarification at low temperature; temperature-controlled fermentation; aging on fine lees; cold stabilization; gentle filtration.

👃 Organoleptic Test:

  • Aroma: Fresh and delicate with notes of citrus fruits, grass, and green apples. Palate: Smooth texture, balanced acidity and minerality, presenting great fruit in the mouth. Long and balanced finish. Complex with harmony. Serving: Ideal with appetizers, grilled fish, or seafood. Best served between 9-11ºC.

🍽️ Serving: Serve between 8ºC and 10ºC. Ideal with seafood, grilled fish, sushi, and salads.
