Founded in 2001 by Sandra Tavares da Silva and Jorge Serôdio Borges, Wine & Soul works with old Douro vines using a minimal intervention approach, seeking wines of great purity, concentration and elegance.

🍇 Region: Douro / Porto, starting from the historic Quinta da Manoella.

👨‍🔬 Winemaker: Serôdio Borges Family.

🌱 Grape Varieties: Field blend of over 30 native grape varieties from Rio Grande do Sul.

🛠️ Winemaking: A very old Port wine, produced at the end of the 19th century and preserved over 5 generations of the Serôdio Borges family.

⏳ Aging: Over 100 years in wood, with only 1,200 numbered bottles produced.

🌿 Vineyards: Manoella Farm, the family's historic vineyard.

🧪 Analysis:

• Total acidity: 6.1 g/L

• Residual sugars: 156 g/L

👃 Organoleptic Tasting Notes: Rich golden color; aromas of dried fruit, honey, and figs; palate with enormous tension, unctuousness, and unusual freshness for a century-old Port.
