Quinta de la Rosa, in the heart of Cima Corgo, produces Port wines from its own high-quality grapes, combining the traditional Douro method with a house style marked by freshness, definition and a drier finish.

🌱 Grape varieties: Tinta Barroca, Tinta Roriz, Touriga Franca and Touriga Nacional

🛠️ Winemaking: Vinified in the traditional house style, with foot treading in granite lagares and fortification at the ideal point to preserve fruit, volume and structure.

⏳ Aging: Matured in very old wooden barrels for several years before bottling, maintaining a balanced profile and ready to drink.

🌿 Vineyards: High-quality Douro grapes, sourced from Quinta de la Rosa and selected plots.

🧪 Analysis:
Alcohol content: 20% vol.

👃 Organoleptic Test:
- Color: Deep and concentrated ruby.
- Aroma: Vibrant and complex aromas of black plum, ripe wild berries, spices, and subtle floral hints.
- Palate: Flavorful, structured and elegant, with well-integrated tannins, good freshness and a long, deep finish.

⏳ Potential for Evolution: Ready to drink, and can evolve well over several years in the bottle.

🍽️ Serving suggestion: Can be served at cellar temperature. Excellent with chocolate, rich desserts, cheese, and also on its own.
