Quinta da Teimosa - Alvarinho Wine Producer
Quinta da Teimosa is a small farm with a traditional character, which has been in the family for over 100 years. It is mainly dedicated to the production of Alvarinho wine, in what is the area considered to be the birthplace of Alvarinho wine, in the municipality of Monção, in the extreme north of Portugal. It now opens its doors to agro-tourism, also offering traditional delicacies made from products grown on the farm.
Being able to provide the tourist who visits the region with an experience within the wine-growing reality that gives it its name, motivated the creation of this space. Tranquility reigns in the green surroundings, typical of the Minho River valley, a natural amphitheater protected to the north and south, east and west by cliffs and mountains.
