🌱 Grapes: Arinto and Chardonnay.

🛠️ Winemaking: A blend of Arinto and Chardonnay, with cellar work focused on balance, volume, and elegance.

⏳ Aging: 4 months in barrels.

🌿 Vineyards: Lezíria, in sandy-loam soil.

👃 Organoleptic Test:

• Color: Yellow.
• Aroma: Complex, with fresh and citrus fruits from the Arinto grape, ripe fruits and smoky notes from the Chardonnay.
• Palate: Good structure and balance between acidity, freshness, fruit ripeness and the elegance of the wood. Intense and persistent finish.

⏳ Potential for Evolution: Good evolution in the bottle in the medium term.

🍽️ Serving: Serve between 10 and 12ºC. Ideal with oily fish, curry, buttery cheeses and cod gratins.
