🌱 Grapes: Touriga Francesa (50%), Touriga Nacional (20%), Tinta Roriz (15%), Tinta Barroca (10%), Sousão (5%).
🛠️ Winemaking: Fermentation in granite lagares with foot treading and pump-overs; temperature controlled.
⏳ Aging: Stainless steel tub with oak staves for one year.
