Horácio Simões Old School Signature Red 2017 is a signature wine, reflecting the tradition and mastery of Casa Horácio Simões. Produced in the Palmela region, this wine stands out for the combination of Bastardo and Castelão grape varieties, vinified with minimal intervention to preserve the authenticity of the terroir.

Winemaking and Aging:
- Fermentation: Fermented in a traditional mill with minimal intervention to preserve the natural character of the varieties.
- Malolactic Fermentation: Carried out in used French oak barrels.
- Ageing: Aged in half used French oak barrels for a perfect balance between fruit and wood.
