Goblet Claret 2016 Trás-os-Montes Red Wine 75cl
Description
Origin: Grapes from old vines in Planalto Mirandês, at more than 600 meters of altitude, with schist soils, with several different exposures.
Vinification: Manual harvest in 20Kg boxes. Reception with partial destemming and soft crushing. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel vats, without too much extraction.
Aging: 12 months in old Portuguese oak barrels.

Tasting:
Open ruby color, translucent. Delicate aroma with fresh red fruits in the first instance, expanding to a slight smoke. On the palate very fresh and light with acidity and tannins very complicit, long and mineral aftertaste.
