Description
This Bagaceira brandy was obtained exclusively from the pomace of the Alvarinho variety, which is the origin of the "Dona Paterna" wine.
A careful traditional distillation process was carried out, followed by a correction suitable for the quality of the final product. Thus, a Bagaceira brandy was obtained, with the character, richness and complexity of the Alvarinho variety that gave it origin.
