Description
Dom Salvador Sparkling wine is produced with unpressed tear must, aged in bottle for 24 months at controlled temperature and blending the grape variety using the classic method. All this combination makes it a sparkling wine with unique characteristics of freshness and elegance on the palate. Definitely a sparkling wine for any special occasion.

Vinification: Classic Method and Bottle Fermentation.

Clear open straw color. Very balanced fruity aroma with very pleasant complexity. Fine and persistent bubble, mineral, with a complex and elegant aroma. Good acidity and finish with the natural fruit of the variety.
