Description
Discover a white wine with a rare and sophisticated profile, produced from the native Negra Mole grape variety, typical of the Algarve. Arvad Blanc de Noirs 2023 is an exceptional white wine made with red grapes, revealing the full expression of the Algarve terroir in a bold and elegant approach.
The harvest is done manually, with careful selection of grapes. After slow fermentation at 16°C for 32 days , the wine underwent prolonged maceration for 1 month and aging in 750-liter clay amphorae for 9 months , giving it texture, complexity, and authenticity .
In the glass, it presents a pale yellow color with coppery highlights . The nose features notes of fresh cherry and brioche . On the palate, it is minerally, dense, and deep , with a textured and lingering finish.
Perfect with appetizers, fresh salads, baked fish dishes, Asian cuisine, or white meats.
