This olive oil is made from a blend of Carrasquinha and Negrilha olives , traditional varieties that impart a fruity green apple aroma , notes of dried fruit , and a slightly peppery finish. The olives are hand-harvested in November and cold-pressed at 28°C (82°F), preserving all their natural properties.
Produced using organic and sustainable practices, without the addition of pesticides or animal products, this olive oil has an acidity of less than 0.5% and a very low peroxide index , reflecting its freshness and superior quality.
