Produced from Alvarinho wine - Foral de Monção - Reserva, using the classic method. A true raw sparkling wine, with fine and delicate foam. Clear and crystalline appearance. Base wine obtained from grapes in an Integrated Production regime (environmentally friendly production), followed by controlled vinification and in accordance with strict quality rules. Bottling using the traditional method using a rémuage stage for 9 months, followed by the disgorgement process.
