Description

Contact Alvarinho is produced exclusively from Alvarinho de Monção and Melgaço, with grapes from vineyards close to the river and granite soils with a franco-sandy texture.

🛠️ Vinification: Grapes harvested manually in small boxes; Total destemming, slight maceration peculiar, cold clarification at 12 ºC and fermentation at controlled speed and temperature.

⏳ Stage: Minimum of 3 months on fine lees with regular batonnage.
