Alento Reserva Magnum Branco 2021 is an elegant and mineral expression of Alentejo white wines, sourced from vineyards planted in schist soils in the Estremoz region. Created by winemaker Luís Louro , this wine stands out for its freshness, structure, and gastronomic potential.
It's made with 70% Arinto and 30% Antão Vaz , grape varieties that perfectly combine vibrant acidity with complex aromatic notes. After hand-harvesting and an 8-hour skin maceration , it ferments in used French oak barrels , where it ages for 6 months with battonage , giving it depth and richness.
It has a citrus color with golden highlights , an expressive aroma with notes of stone fruit, light toast, and minerality . On the palate, it is textured, fresh, and persistent , with an elegant, long finish.
Food pairing suggestion: Ideal with baked fish dishes, cod à Brás, white meats and cured cheeses.
