Vinevinu Genese Impossível Brut Nature Espumante Magnum 2024 1.5L
Description
A mountain slope in Paredes de Coura with a high temperature range during ripening, where the days are hot and the nights are cold. This very slow ripening, due to the altitude, favors a terroir adapted for the production of base wines for highly precise sparkling wines. Granitic, sandy and with a low clay content. Poor soil with high acidity, which influences the profile of the wines in the same way. Pale yellow color with fine bubbles. Complex aroma reminiscent of biscuit. Vertical, fresh and persistent taste.
Making sparkling wine is, by nature, an exercise in patience. It requires believing in time, in silent transformation, and in the earth's capacity to overcome challenges. In Paredes de Coura, where the terrain is challenging and the climate unpredictable, this process takes on an almost extreme dimension, because here, the simple act of planting vines is already a gesture of courage.
The Impossível Brut Nature is born precisely from this audacity. It is the first wine product from Paredes de Coura, created from the region's first productive vines. A sparkling wine that celebrates the power of persistence and the beauty of the improbable. As a result of the location, the high acidity of the grapes contributes a sharp freshness, intense minerality and austere elegance, a pure expression of the mountain and the human will to make the impossible possible.
