Description

White wine made from the selection of the three best white grape varieties in the region: Alvarinho, Loureiro and Avesso. Alvarinho conveys structure and body, Loureiro aromatic intensity and Avesso acidity and minerality.

Grapes harvested manually in small boxes and transported to the cellar in a short time. Total destemming. Gentle pressing of the whole grape. Extreme clarification of the wort by cold. Long fermentation at low temperature: 12-16ºC. Minimum aging period of 3 months on fine lees with regular batonnage.

Tasting	Austere nose. Evident minerality with a slight spicy (nuances of saffron and nutmeg). Nuances of dried fruits, kerosene and vegetable reflections characteristic of the region. Creamy and wide mouth, slightly buttery and very textured. Fresh, long and extremely mineral finish.
